What makes us different?
We have no membership base. Our facility Is only accessed by our staff and you, our clients. This helps to maximise your experience in a private and exclusive setting. No queues for equipment, no crowds, and no members of the public. At Azzurro, we work by appointment only to enhance your focus on your goals, whatever level you are aspiring to reach.
What is the role of a personal trainer?
We deliver training programmes that are the crucial combination of fun, safe, effective and engaging. We create bespoke programmes tailored individually to your needs and goals and progress them to ensure you can achieve whatever you are looking for. The aim is to give you the confidence to exercise, and reap the many physical and psychological rewards that come with improving fitness and wellness.
What can I expect during an appointment?
Our session slots for booking are 60 minutes. Speak to your trainer about block booking as we offer great discounts if you book in 5 or 12 session blocks. In your initial assessment you will be asked in detail about your health and ability. Your trainer will always ask you what it is you would like to achieve, and then a bespoke programme will be created specifically to help you reach those goals.
Please note you should attend your session in appropriate clothing to work out.
You should always disclose all information about your health that may affect your ability to train safely. Speak to your GP if you have any concerns about your health, but exercise is proven to help a huge range of conditions so ask the question, and see if we can set you on the right path!
