We are super excited to have just launched our brand new 'Pain-to-Performance Programme after the enormous success of our trial pilot study. The word performance means different things to different people. To some it is to return to, or continue playing sport. For many others, it is simply to improve quality of life and return to or continue to do the activities they enjoy (gardening, playing with grandchildren, walking in the Buckinghamshire countryside etc.) Our Pain-to-Performance Programme helps people do exactly these things.
Our pilot study of the programme involved two cohorts of people in a Case Study of the programme. Our Physiotherapist Matthew worked with each person individually in our private studio in Bourne End. All now report improvements to their quality of life, and most have completely transformed what they thought they were capable of doing when they started.
We specialise in improving your quality of life by reducing pain, improving fitness and building confidence. We do this by identifying the underlying causes of pain or lack of fitness. Then we design a bespoke programme to address your issues and show you how to improve your fitness and function in a way that helps you to return to the activities you love.
